Iva Rukelj is a Croatian born-New York based Intellectual Property and Litigation Attorney with W.R. Samuels Law, PLLC. Iva was admitted to the Bar of the State of New York in 2014.
Iva received her Bachelor's Degree from the University of Zagreb in Croatia, and her LL.M. degree in Intellectual Property Law, with honors, from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York.
Iva's extensive IP experience began when she practiced law in Croatia while serving as a general counsel for a Croatian advertising agency, where she developed a passion for intellectual property law. Iva's in-house practice there centered on legal issues surrounding advertising and media, copyright clearance, and trademark prosecution. Iva also served as in-house counsel for a major international telecommunications company, gaining valuable experience in complex commercial litigation and mediation.
Iva is a member of the New York City Bar Association where she serves on the Trademarks and Unfair Competition Committee, and is a member of the New York Women's Bar Association where she serves on the Federal Practice Committee. Iva also serves as a Vice President for the Croatian American Bar Association.

Immigration Law Attorney
Stacy Jacob received her law degree from Boston University School of Law. After graduating from law school, Ms. Jacob worked as a researcher at a pharmaceutical company. Following her work in the private sector, Ms. Jacob served as the Deputy General Counsel with the New York City Department of Juvenile Justice. After several years, Ms. Jacob went to work as an Assistant District Attorney with the Kings County District Attorney's Office. Ms. Jacob has also delved into the entertainment world, working as a co-host for a local cable television show.
Ms. Jacob left the District Attorney's office in 2009 and went into private practice with a mid-size law firm. She now has her own law practice which focuses on immigration law matters.
Ms. Jacob is admitted to the New York Bar and to the Federal Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
