Bob’s current practice includes drafting and negotiating licenses and providing “outside general counsel” services to businesses and individuals in the fashion, lifestyle, consumer products and entertainment industries. He also represents small to midsized private companies and individuals with an emphasis on the creation and governance of business entities, joint ventures, private equity financing, M&A, employment, service and vendor agreements, as well as advising clients on general corporate and commercial matters.
Bob’s personal interests include improv and sketch comedy, yoga, reading, politics and animation.
